"This library rendering was one of many renderings for an entire hotel / residential conversion on the upper East side of Manhattan. When we were asked to create the overall design, we knew we would need to provide a spectacular rendering package. In order to achieve that we reached out to Duke whom we knew could understand and provide the hi-end level of renderings we envisioned. Once presented, the client was also able to visualize beyond 100% these amazing renderings created by Duke. This was the key for the client to be able to acquire complete financing for the project. A win win for all! "
