Transforming Interior Design with Duke Renders on the Moodboard Podcast
In the ever-evolving world of interior design, staying ahead of the curve is paramount to success. Traditional tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp have long been the industry standards, but times are changing. The interior design industry is experiencing a groundbreaking shift towards photorealistic imagery, and it's turning age-old processes on their heads. Last week, we were thrilled to be part of the Moodboard podcast and share a game-changing discussion that delves into the realm of photorealistic interior design, hosted by Angela Belt.
We'd like to express our sincere appreciation to Angela Belt for providing us with the opportunity to be part of this enlightening discussion. Thanks to her, we were able to explore the world of Duke Renders and its incredible impact on interior design.

Meet Duke Renders
At the forefront of this revolution it is us, at Duke Renders, a 3D render studio located in Tulum, Mexico. Duke Renders specializes in interior design and architectural photorealistic imaging, offering services that are taking the interior design world by storm. Duke Renders is not just another business; it's a game changer, redefining the possibilities of interior design.
Hailing from Venezuela, my entrepreneurial spirit has led me to establish more than five successful companies. In March 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, my brother and myself embarked on a remarkable journey by launching Duke Renders. Our mission was crystal clear: to support real estate developers and interior designers in bringing their visions to life through virtual reality services.
The Growth of Duke Renders
What's truly remarkable is how our company has evolved since its inception. Without external investment, the business has skyrocketed, boasting a team of over 100 talented individuals from around the globe. This rapid growth is a testament to the quality and demand for their services. In a short time, Duke Renders has gained a reputation for excellence and innovation.
Transforming Dreams into Reality
Now, let's get to the heart of the matter. You might be wondering, "What's so special about Duke Renders?" To answer that, we turn to Angela Belt's firsthand experience.
As a former 3D visual design professional at Wayfair, Angela was familiar with the potential of photorealistic imagery. However, she had always been hesitant to employ such services for her own projects, fearing the costs would eat into her bottom line. But, in the past month, she had the privilege of collaborating directly with the Duke Renders team on a kitchen design project scheduled for 2024, and the results were nothing short of astounding.
Her clients desired a kitchen update without a full renovation and were adamant about avoiding the common white kitchen design. So Angela, together with Duke, explored the idea of a dark green color scheme to impart a modern feel to the space. In addition to the color change, the team tackled other elements, including flooring, custom carpentry, lighting, and much more.
The change was truly remarkable. Photorealistic imagery not only offered a sneak peek into the future but also instilled the confidence in Angela's clients to make well-informed choices. Angela confidently declares:
"My assistant won't be reverting to the traditional methods of creating kitchen or bathroom mock-ups in SketchUp anytime soon."
Conclusion
Duke Renders is at the forefront of a revolution in interior design. The shift towards photorealistic imagery is changing the game, making traditional tools look outdated. It's time to embrace the future of interior design, and Duke Renders is leading the way.
Thanks to Angela Belt, we had the amazing opportunity to share our experiences with the world. We encourage you to explore Duke Renders, like many other colleagues of yours, and discover the transformative power of photorealistic interior design. Your clients, and your bottom line, will thank you.
