“I love the contrast of the neutral palette with the blue bed & rug. We also played with textures within the subtle shifts in materials. Linen-like feature wallpaper & plaster walls, mohair headboard, wool & raw linen upholstered bench, silk rug, brass light fixture & opaque glass bedside table lamps.
This is one of the guest rooms for my client's third residence. He wanted to have his guests feel comfortable with a hotel-like feel.
Our client loves to travel and has an affinity for luxury but still wanted to have the guest room feel approachable & functional.”
