" Our clients knew they wanted to transition from a dated Mediterranean feel to a modern Spanish aesthetic. Their plan was to keep the square footage for the kitchen the same but update the materials. I wanted to open things up and give them a more usable kitchen. They were having a hard time visualizing my design, which included removing several walls. The rendering instantly helped them see how the new, larger kitchen would work better for the way they live. Another hurdle that we faced was material selection. We were really stuck on deciding between two cabinet finishes and two tile sizes for the backsplash. Once the floor plan was confirmed we gave them two color renderings, one for each cabinet and tile option. In no time they were able to make a decision and feel sure they knew exactly what the project would look like once it was complete. I really don’t think we could reach the same level of client confidence without Duke Renders!"
