This primary bathroom remodel is for one of our remote clients located in Orange County, California. The bathroom hadn't been touched since the family bought this home back in the early 90s, so we loved showing them the dramatic transformation and possibilities with the help of Duke Renders.

The client really wanted a bathroom that would last them another 20 years. Specifically, they wanted it to feel light, airy and timeless. Our overall design is, in a word, intentional. Each element was curated with their daily rituals in mind. We chose tones that are warm, neutral and clean, and durable finishes that will keep their space feeling fresh and timeless for years to come. Textural elements add warmth, interest, and character. We also enhanced the tactile experience of the bathroom with textured zellige tile, natural wood elements and woven window treatments.

Our clients had a hard time envisioning what the space would look like when we replaced the tiled-in tub step-up tub with a free-standing one, and we wanted to give them two vanity mirror options -- working with Duke Renders really helped us bring that vision to life. The clients were absolutely thrilled with the results and immediately decided to move forward with executing the design.
