“This client has a very traditional/transitional style which means we were able to incorporate sentimental items and antiques!
The design inspiration was recently based off a lot of existing items, but at the same time made it feel a bit more modern. This design is also in a tract home! The main goal in a tract home is always to make it feel custom to the client and add character. We added the fireplace, custom drapery, and incorporated the client’s antiques mixed with new furniture to give it the perfect feel! The custom drapery we went with is probably my favorite! We ended up doing a double rod with a sheer fabric that changed the whole feel of the design.”
