“The design allows your eye to flow nicely through the kitchen. Although the wood cabinets & wood floors feel heavier we were still able to achieve a light airy feel on the top with the concrete pendants. This kitchen is going to serve this family of four so well! I wanted them to have a high-end look but feel approachable & lived in.
I love the simple materials we used. We kept the floors and cabinets in the same family which allowed us to add a little drama with the waterfall countertop.
By using quartz countertops we were able to save them half the cost of marble. We chose an engineered floor with a wire brush finish so it will age nicely over time.
